Radiation Gas heaters should give out very little convection heat. The wave length of radiation has to be in the infrared range.

The gas flows through many parallel holes to the largest possible surface area for combustion.

Our proven Cordierite material has good resistance against mechanical and thermal shock under normal operating conditions.

Special dimensions by custom cutting standard plates.

Special edge design, such as grooves, profiles, chamfers and other shapes to solve problems of assembling and sealing.

Different materials and colours for special applications, e.g. white for household and brown for industrial application.

Depending on your specified dimension the margins of the plates or port holes may be removed as material is cut off (see above).

The height of the plate is ground on one side with a tolerance of +- 0,4 mm.
Plates without a functional surface can be ground parallel on both sides if requested.
